Gaslighting refers to manipulating someone by psychological means such that they doubt their own sanity. This causes the victim to doubt their own reality making them feel as if they have some loose nuts in the head. They tend to mislead their victims and make them question their perceptions about certain matters.

It’s such a shame that we don’t have a grip over these hormones. The hormones work the same in both unrequited love and mutual love. Unrequited love is love that isn’t reciprocated.
