This causes the victim to doubt their own reality making them feel as if they have some loose nuts in the head. They tend to mislead their victims and make them question their perceptions about certain matters.

Body Dysmorphia is a mental illness that entails being obsessed with flaws and defects that they have in appearance. Someone suffering from Body Dysmorphia has tendencies of thinking about perceived flaws. Most of the flaws are mirrored or imagined and they deeply affect the victim.

It sucks that we cannot control when and who to fall in love with. Scientifically, love is a chemical reaction attributable to the hormones oxytocin and dopamine in the brain. It’s such a shame that we don’t have a grip over these hormones. The hormones work the same in both unrequited love and mutual love. Unrequited love is love that isn’t reciprocated.

The skin as a very sensitive body organ. It is mandatory that we take the necessary precautions to take good care of our skin. Face exfoliation is the washing or rubbing of the face with a granular substance to remove dead skin cells. Skin cells replicate every minute and some dead cells do not fall off they instead cling on to the rejuvenated skin.

Have you denied yourself food due to fear that you might gain weight? Don’t be shy, I know I have. This behavior might be the trigger to contracting this eating disorder. Wearing baggy clothes to hide your figure and a distorted perception of weight gain. You are beginning to relate to this, huh?

Ever felt like you do not deserve something or you are not capable of doing something. Your own conscience taunting you, convincing you that you are an imposter. Beating yourself up for not achieving everything that you crave.
